Healthy Lives Healthy Choices (HLHC) is a program underneath Transforming Christian Ministries.

HLHC provides the following services:

• Providing health screening, training for individuals, families and communities in need as it relates to lifelong learning toward healthy lifestyles and development, promotion and administration of mentoring and lifestyle enhancement for children, youth and adults.
• Establishing seminars, conferences, institutes and other training opportunities to advance healthy lifestyle, self-development in targeted areas.
• Establishing and promoting holistic programs to enhance medical needs, disease prevention and health promotion for those individuals, families and communities in need of the same.
